bemyfriends does not sell your personal information, as "sell" is defined under the CCPA. We have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months and have no plans to do so.

We do not receive monetary or other valuable consideration in exchange for your personal information from any third party.

2. We Do Not Share for Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising

We do not "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as that term is defined under the CCPA. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral advertising networks. Our product analytics, where used, are first-party and aggregate only.

3. Service Providers

We disclose personal information to service providers strictly for the purpose of operating the Service. These include infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase on AWS), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), and AI model providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, MiniMax). These service providers are contractually prohibited from retaining, using, or disclosing personal information for any purpose other than performing the services specified in our agreements with them. Disclosures to service providers are not "sales" or "sharing" under the CCPA.
